If you feel you need to return The Cigar Case, please contact us first and our customer service department will help you through the process. Just advise us of the issue and we will immediately work on rectifying the situation. If your case is damaged, we will ship out a new case, once we have received the damaged one. The Cigar Case is handmade and carries a One Year Limited Warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers damage to the original workmanship and components. The Cigar Case is made of soft, pliable materials and may scratch or blemish with use. The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Scratches to the interior or exterior linings.
2. Watermarks or discoloration.
3. Residual tobacco odors from cigars or accessories.
4. Damage to the logo.
5. Damage to cigars

All returned cases must be sent back in the original box and packaging or will be subject to a discounted refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
